OPTIONS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION
We work closely with you and your builder to make sure all financing aspects of your new home are handled quickly and efficiently.
We offer both 'construction draw' and 'long lock' construction loans. Both can be offered with a single closing, saving you both time and money.
Few national lenders handle new construction loans well, so we have teamed up with some of the best local lenders. They understand the construction process in our area and have the staff to handle the construction phase and end loan efficiently.
For 'Construction Draw' loans we can even handle both contractor and self builds. Self builds are reserved for those with experience in the industry. We also have outlets for manufactured housing, from construction phase to the end loan.
When your builder only requires an 'end loan' for when the home is completed we offer a long interest rate lock. Some of our lenders will offer an interest rate commitment for 90, 120, 150, 180, 270, 360 and up to 390 days. Sometimes the current rate is available for these long locks, but it varies from lender to lender. If you are lucky the lender may additionally offer a rate cap or float down, that may be free or fee based.
